- Please indicate number of car(s) required in the box below. Each car can seat maximum 2 passengers.
- Flight details are required for airport transfers. These details must be received no later than 27th SEPT 2013.
Any changes to flight details and date of departure when you are on-site is subject to 24 hours notice.

2. Midnight Surcharge applies for the following:
- Arrivals: Flight ETA between 23:00hrs and 07:00hrs.
- Departures: Flight ETD between 01:00hrs and 09:00hrs.
